Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see our email.
If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you as soon as possible and issue a full refund where applicable.
Prices
All prices displayed on our website are in Pounds Sterling (£).
We reserve the right to change prices without notice; however, any changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
Payment
Payment must be received before goods are dispatched.
Payments are processed securely through our authorised payment providers. Silence In Sound does not store your full payment card details.

Where available, the sound recording provided is of the individual instrument you will receive, so we recommend listening carefully before placing your order.

Delivery & Returns Policy

Delivery
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.
Please ensure your delivery address, email address, and contact number are correct when placing your order.
Orders are normally processed within 2–3 working days, although during busy periods this may take longer.
Most parcels are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24, with DHL or Parcelforce used for larger or heavier items.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details by email.
While we make every effort to ensure your order arrives within the expected timeframe, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier services, severe weather or circumstances outside our control.
Returns
We hope you are delighted with your purchase. If you change your mind, you may return most unused items within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below and applicable to UK consumer rights.
Before returning an item, please contact us by email, through our website contact form or by WhatsApp so we can authorise your return and provide instructions.
Returned items must be:
unused;
in their original condition;
returned with all original packaging where possible; and
securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Unless goods are faulty, damaged or not as described, customers are responsible for return postage costs.
Our returns policy is not intended as a trial service. We recommend listening carefully to any available sound recordings and reading product descriptions before purchasing.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3-5 working days.
Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
Original delivery charges will be refunded where required by UK consumer law.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and, where possible, include photographs of the issue.
We will work with you to resolve the matter promptly through a replacement, repair, or refund, as appropriate.
