Giant Himalayan Singing Bowls

Giant Himalayan Singing Bowls are large, hand-crafted metal instruments known for their deep, bell-like character, long sustain and powerful physical presence. Their sound can fill a room with slowly evolving harmonics and rich low-frequency resonance.

They are commonly used in sound baths, meditation sessions, group soundscapes and other listening-based practices. Some larger examples are also described as Foot Bowls or Stand-In Singing Bowls, although only instruments specifically suited to this purpose should be used in that way.
