Transformational Sound Immersion & Retreat

A restorative weekend retreat of sacred sound and inner balance. This is much more than your regular weekend getaway.

You are cordially invited to join Bear Love & Shion, Craig & Jacquie Shankster of Silence In Sound for a weekend of Sound Journeys, Qi Gong, Flumie and Singing Bowl workshops, meditation and country walks. 

This weekend retreat is held in the stunning  roundhouse  known as Ty Sanctaidd, Trefacwn (https://www.trefacwn.co.uk), a spectacular retreat centre situated on the stunning coastline of Pembrokeshire, West Wales. 

Participants are invited to bring their own gongs, gong stands and singing bowls to the weekend workshops.

Additionally: on display and for sale will be an extensive selection of Original Singing Gongs, Himalayan Singing Bowls, Professional Flumies from B Love Sacred Sound and much more.

Full-board accomodation with fabulous vegan food and refreshments are included in the programme. 

Accommodation options: Couples, Twin, Single and Dormitory-style accommodation is available to pre-book, however availability of each room type is limited, so early booking is essential.

Non Refundable Deposit of £100 is payable upon booking, payment can be made via bank transfer (details on the booking page), the balance is due 14 days prior to the event via bank transfer.
